Doubt Trump will get 15% although he deserves it. Not sure even Sleepy will motivate them though. Barack is a special case, I don’t think anyone will get a Barack like turnout for a while among the black community
I think it’s possible. Even 10% of the Black vote would be trouble for the RATS. Moochelle is probably the only one who could ensure a huge Black turnout. You can bet reparations will be part of the Democrat platform at their convention though they’ll be careful not to put together a real reparations bill to submit to Congress. It’ll be promises to Blacks, and when Democrats fail to put their plan to a vote they’ll blame the Republicans. Same old playbook.
