A church worship band has been allowed to perform at a community festival after a major constitutional-rights group intervened.
Event organizers had rejected the band, claiming Christian songs might "offend" some people.

I googled this and the only article about this is from WND. Hmmmmm.....

That is well put, and of course correct. “...shall make no law.. prohibiting the free exercise [of religion], this precludes hostility.
All I have to say is offended as many people in this life as you possibly can and then act nonchalant about it
You will find it on the American Center for Law and Justice website. Google doesn’t take too kindly to conservative/religious wins.
