I hope that this teacher sues, and wins, for denial of his civil rights (1st Amendment free speech) under color of law. If he does that, he can sue each person in the chain that got him fired, as well as the school district. No person involved will have any immunity because of their job, as such a denial is - by definition - acting outside of the scope of their job. I hope this guy can retire off of the proceeds.
Soon no one is going to be able to keep a job UNLESS they conform to what the state wants them to conform to.
This is just another step in that direction.
Pretty soon we will have a committee to decide who is OBSOLETE (like in that twilight zone episode)
Invite that teacher to the White House. There are voters (I’ve met them) who are prone to vote Democrat but value traditional families and don’t wat to see their kids change sexes.

Note that it is almost impossible to fire a teacher for anything ... but now you can lose your job in weeks if you violate liberal orthodoxy.
“You” has no gender. The gendered pronouns are used when speaking ABOUT someone to another person.
What about “sir” or “ma’am” which are used when speaking TO someone? Will they force compliance with those too?
If we can be fired for not using mandated words the country has no future.
The state which gave us George Washington, Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, John Marshall, Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson and Booker T. Washington now has teachers fired for using the correct pronoun for a mixed-up girl who thinks she is a boy?

They are pronouns. Not titles. As such, they are not individualized.
