I doubt it. The courts have thus far sided with schools being able to distribute various contraceptives without speaking to parents. IUD's, implants, pills, morning after pills, condoms. Pretty much whatever the kids ask for.
Even if she home schooled, her daughter could still go to any health clinic and access the same services. Parents no longer have rights over their child's access to contraceptives or abortion.
Maybe, just maybe, with a second term, Trump can shift the judiciary enough to reel in some of the insane laws we live under.
