How in the HELL could someone with a knife kill 4 people IN PO,ICE HEADQUARTERS before the police took him out, one person I could understand but 4 give me a damn break!!!
I understand he was a former cop in that building. I am sure he knew where to find officers alone. Find a person alone and slit their throat means no scream. I guess he was able to do that 3 or 4 times before he was discovered.
I rather doubt he went into the full briefing room and started charging with a knife. It sounds like he planned it out in order to kill isolated people quietly and in private, and managed that 3 or 4 times before discovery.
