Also note that the rule change post-dated the complaint, and the online form pre-dated Schiff announcing the complaint by a few days-in fact, I think the rule change was posted on 9/13, a Friday, and Schiff announced on Monday or just after. That is coordination. And sedition, IMHO. Guantanamo is too good for these creeps.
