There's a guy named David Shearing up in British Columbia. He killed six people, four adults and two children who were camping in Wells Gray Provincial Park.

He shot the four adults — the parents and two grandparents of the girls — and then spent a week raping the girls, who were 11 and 13 years old; when he was done with them, he shot them both.

Life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years. The He pled guilty in 1985, so his first parole hearing was in 2008. Family members have to keep showing up to keep him in prison.

He got convicted of 2nd degree murder even though he admitted he spied on the family for days at their campground, and then kept the girls alive for sex for a week before murdering them.
