That's the money line, right there. Note what he didn't say - nothing about the President continuing to break the law, or allowing XYZ acts to go unpunished. Nope, the sole reason they want to impeach is 100% political - they just want to defeat him in the 2020 election.
This is a blatant, flagrant abuse of power by the Democrats. They are not after any "high crimes and misdemeanors" - they are after an election win. The only illegal activities here as far as I can see are by the Democrats. They are attempting to subvert the election process and the will of the people to suit their own lust for power.

I think this is just a smear tactic to win the election and to keep GOOP in line.
It is a correct analysis. They may not grasp it....but all of this galvanized the Trump-voters, and campaign donations are pouring in. Very early in 2020, he’ll hit one-billion dollars of campaign funds. He’s going into states that he didn’t win in 2016, and likely picks up three additional states minimum, and there’s a flip of 80 to 100 House seats possible.
Go around and talk with black males...huge swing on gains there. I think Trump might get 50-percent of the black male vote, and it looks just as good with the Latino vote.
President Trump should have released all spy docs when the republicans were still in charge, all these people would be in Prison right now if he did.

I’m thinking it never GETS to that point between now and the election, but if so, Trump in a LANDSLIDE come November, 2020. I know I’m not alone in my disdain for the Dems and their Bread and Circuses!

There are two levels of fight going on here. Those who know and understand the impeachment argulent and accept it just to “get Trump” or reject it because they support Trump and/or are being honest and/or see what this will lead to and don’t want to go there.
The second level is people just living their lives, and need a sticky one phrase summary that helps them make up their minds. The last attempt was “colluding with Russia”. This attempt is “Whistleblower show Trump Threatening Ukraine”. While we should always push the argument that Trump is innocent and is the real “whistleblower” (a word that must poll REALLY well), we must also show that both Biden are low-life criminals, because they are, and because that short-circuits any arguments about Ukraine.
If the a-holes succeed,the Republic is dead. Everything our Founders built will be burned to the ground.

There are always ten red hot new stories vying to grab the attention of the news cycle. The socialists will try to keep the phone call out in front, but it has weak legs and will get benched alongside stormy Daniels and the Muller report.
Also, the socialists only have a few weeks to work with here. In five weeks the holidays are on us, and then it’s 2020 and the primary season.
Why aren’t progressive representatives introducing bills to pay reparations to African Americans, to legalize infanticide in some cases of late-term abortion, to offer free medical care to illegal aliens, to confiscate AR-15s, to extend Medicare for all, to impose a wealth tax and raise top rates to between 70 and 90 percent, to abolish student debt and ensure free college for all, or to grant blanket amnesty to those currently living in the country illegally?
Simple answer: none of those issues poll anywhere near 50 percent approval. And no Democratic candidate would expect to beat Trump as the emissary of such an agenda.
