We don’t have the facts. We’re never going to get them from the House Dems, Deep State and/or media.

Doing nothing gives the Dems a free hand to impeach POTUS and set up a circus in the Senate. Much better to nip this in the bud now than to have the beltway consumed for the rest of Trump’s first term by impeachment.

Biden taking the 5th in the Senate ends this all now. That would make it impossible for the House to impeach on this issue and they are running out of time to cook something else up. It’s that simple.

You don’t get facts from a hearing. The purpose of a hearing is to get facts that you already know out into the public domain. Hold a hearing today in the U.S. Senate, and you’ll miss out on something tangible and relevant that may come to light later.

This reminds me of a civil court case I was involved with some years ago. The defendant had some very relevant, critical facts on his side. Rather than bring those facts out into the open early on, the defense team waited until the plaintiffs had filed their paperwork and completed their depositions. Releasing the defense material LATER helped the defense win a major judgement from his counter-claim ... because it was obvious that the plaintiff was lying.
