OMG, a secret, hooded witness, just like the Star Chamber and Spanish Inquisition. What about basic due process and the absolutely basic Constitutional right to confront witnesses? The administration must ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to grant security clearances to this creep's lawyers unless his name and identity are fully disclosed before the hearing in enough time for the Republicans to prepare a proper, thorough cross examination.
