Below 180ppm plant life begins to die off. So at the current 400ppm CO2 the planet is at a historical CO2 minimum.

I remember reading an article about the last ice age where CO2 levels did indeed drop dangerously close to the extinction level, below which all plant life dies out and all life on the planet dies.
During the last “Glacial Maximum,” about 20,000 years ago, CO2 actually hit 180 PPM.
