Mark Levin called it a “legal brief”, that without question was prepared by lawyers. House Intel Committee is nothing but lawyers, and their staff too.
After reading the ‘brief’ and having worked in the intel community for while, I would make these three observations:
1. It’s written by someone who writes long-winded and PhD-level products for some intel agency. It almost comes across as a thesis-type product.
2. Person seems to have a fair number of details over the Ukraine, and you just have to wonder if they cover that area as their job.
3. The guy spent a heck of a lot of time at the ‘water-cooler’ and collecting intelligence info from fellow workers. It would bother me (to the extreme) if I found out he was my associate, and he’d baited me as a ‘source’. In some ways, he’s a ‘self-licking ice cream cone’.....his own intelligence agency, and collecting against some ‘enemy’.
Finally, just my humble view....he spent an awful lot of time writing, proofing, and gathering this data. What’s his actual real job? Was he spending 20 man-hours a week working on this....instead of real work?
Fred Fleitz was on Laura Ingraham program and said he had thought it was written by a team of attorneys until he got a call from a GOP congress staffer/ member who suggested this whistleblower document was a GROUP PROJECT

Also Mark Levin was on Hannity and had the document that was the whistleblower letter dated Aug 12 sent directly to Adam Schiff & committee. So Schiff had it all along and they raked McQuire over the coals in the hearing this morning about not sending the whistleblower report right away.
