I think that it is quite likely that this entire thing is an attempt at a “pre-emptive strike” by the Deep State critters before Bill Barr drops on the nation’s plate the results of the investigation into the MASSIVELY ILLEGAL spying/election tampering committed by the Obamaites against POTUS DJT.
But it will FAIL.
Also it may have been partly designed to knock Biden out of the race as well(as it certainly will hasten his exit).

I think that was badly worded. I took it to mean Barr is trying to protect Trump by claiming a deep state conspiracy.
So a “deep state” reveal is only for the purpose of protecting President Trump?

PPS It’s like the Air Force issuing a statement that Martians pose no threat to the operations in area 51. It kind of gives up that argument about the existence of Martians.
Time is running out. If charges are filed soon, a Democrat president in 2021 would drop all charges and stop all investigations into this. I’m not holding my breath.
