Trump was attacked by the DNC relentlessly for 3 years, so it is inconceivable that he go on the offensive. Especially when there is documented proof that the DNC purposely held back information from the Ukraine of their active involvement.
Perhaps that might be a reason for Rudy Giuliani to be involved.
