New Zealand had a right to arms from the British Empire.
Now, the PM says they do not.

Hoards of gun owners lining up around the block to register their guns. I can see it now.

"Claims No Right to Arms"
Does New Zealand have a constitution, or just a series of administrative and legislative precedents (aka a total kludge) like the British?

With the world’s “movers and shakers” setting up bolt holes in New Zealand to duck the wrath of the people they’ve screwed with, they probably want to make sure the locals aren’t armed.

The PM just made a great argument for why gun licensing wont work! Its a real shame she cant see that.

They sure felt different when the Japanese Navy was cruising the areas back in 1940-1945.
Wonder how they will feel when they see the Chinese Navy offshore.

Seems like New Zealanders are nothing more than a bunch of prisoners on an island.

Didn’t they already ban them and owners aren’t turning them in? Now they need a list of owners for the final step.

While they are at it the government should be registering shortwave and ham radios, demanding a list of books in peoples homes especially Bibles, registering the presence of any religious artifacts like crucifixes and rosaries and installing government controlled thermostats for heating and air conditioning units. Lets hope the Kiwis have some backbone and say no to this fascism
