An announcement from my legal guy, Zen Master, on the court/judge situation:
Senate Hearings on Eugene Scalia for Labor Secretary will run about 30 hours and will bump back confirmation of two more judges this week. Scalia is a great choice.

It shows that not only is Trump moving faster than anyone else (MUCH faster than Zero) but that his nominees are MUCH more conservative, much more likely to be truly "diverse" as means coming from someplace other than Harvard or Yale (U AL, U GA, U Texas law schools, for example) and that they are much more likely to have clerked for a Supreme Court justice.
In other words, much better judges and more of them.
There are currently over 100 vacancies in the Federal Judiciary.
There are 20 Trump nominees pending confirmation votes in the Senate. I wish McConnell would get confirmation votes QUICKER.
Also, I wish Lindsey Graham would focus more on the Judicial nominees setting in his committee instead of constantly seeking TV time. There are 40 nominees that are awaiting their hearings in his Judiciary Committee and an addition 11 nominees who have had their hearing but are still waiting for Judiciary Committee vote to go to full Senate for their confirmation votes.
And, MOST OF ALL, GRAHAM NEEDS TO END THE BLUE SLIP PROCESS FOR DISTRICT COURT NOMINEES.
Focus on the important stuff Senator Graham — like the 51 Trump Judicial nominees dammed up in your committee. Stop your incessant jumping in front of cameras & DO YOUR JOB!
