Sixteenth Amendment:
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. Can Bernie just wave a magic wand and make wealth confiscation the law of the land? The 16th Amendment does not get him there. I would think a new Constitutional Amendment might be required.
