IIRC, the house must get a simple majority vote to begin the process, then they must form managers for each charge, then the house must vote on each charge. Only those that get past that stage go to the senate where they need a 3/4 vote to convict. I’m sure I’m missing some details but that is the basics.

Essentially correct, except that a 2/3 vote, not 3/4, is required for conviction.
