Bush-43 was the worst president in 100 years.
He started Iraq war and that created Al Qaeda, ISIS and others. That war cost US taxpayers Trillions (borrowed), the middle-east is now total chaos, absolutely nothing to show for the loss of treasure and blood.
And then Bush-43 had no visceral power to recognize the coming financial collapse of 2008, and did nothing to stop it. I think we got Obama elected due to that collapse.

there’s no doubt about that ... but even worse, Bush actually facilitated the collapse by refusing to take veto and administrative action against the cause, namely mandating that the Federal government guarantee hundreds of billions of dollars of subprime mortgage loans (many of which were fraudulent) that never had any chance of being paid back ...
