The judiciary has turned into a nightmare. The founders’ should have dragged Supreme Court Chief Justice John Marshall out of the courthouse & bandished him.

Marshall aggressively took the courts way beyond any mandate that was envisioned. By the end of his term, the poison was already well established in the nation.

Trumps lawyers will, of course, appeal it. And appeal the appeal, if it's another insane lib judge. And appeal it to a Federal court if they draw three insane lib judges in a row.

Well - Clinton was a sitting president and to some, the Paula Jones case was stupid and trivial...and he still had to give testimony. So - it's not unheard of.

There was a legit argument that Clinton shouldn’t have deigned to testify. But for sure, he should not have testified with the intention of beating the rap.

Evidently he was, in historical hindsight, guilty. He should have settled.

But he thought that it was politic to beat the rap instead. And what a Democrat - especially a Clinton - thinks is politic is what a Democrat will do. And thus, he dishonored his presidency.
