I have whiplash from how fast these things came out of nowhere to how fast they’re getting ban hammered.
Serious question... are these things taxed like cigarettes and cigars? The quantities are obviously different. Some kind of cartridge of nicotine liquid isn’t as easy to quantify as “per cigar” or “per 20 cigarettes,” etc.
The cynic in me might wonder whether this panic is the result of local, state and federal governments losing tax revenue on traditional tobacco products.
