Yes, but there is no such thing as "climate change". The climate is the way it has always been. It goes through warmer and colder periods. The behavior of the climate today is no different than it was 1000 years ago.

There were cold decades, there were hot decades, but throughout recorded human history, on a human timescale, the climate has behaved the same as it always has. Only on a geological time scale can one speak of real "climate change".
