I thought California passed a bill to not allow state workers, etc. to go and do business in Iowa. Does Harris get a pass cuz she’s a Dem?
Well, strictly speaking, she's not a "state worker" of the government of California, she gets her paycheck from the federal government. At least one of her paychecks, anyway.
But in a larger sense, you're right. She's kind of undermining her home state's policy of punishing other states in our union for not toeing the line. I'm sure that will lose her a lot of votes in California, ha ha.
