My opinion is that vaping, once a useful tool to eliminate carcinogenic intake of cigarettes, is now mostly used as a stealth delivery vehicle for marijuana users to get high all day at work.Should nicotine vapes be banned so they don't give cover for THC vapes?

Vaping was originally a transition treatment, like the patch, to quitting, NOT a replacemwnt and new addictive industry.

Not really. Vaping was not until very recently considered a “treatment” and then not officially but rather more of a laymans attempt to replace nicotine ingestion with a vaporizer rather than the significantly more harmful combustion of tobacco.
The functional concept of vaping occurred in 1927 but did not become popular until the early 60’s. It was primarily devised simply as an alternative method of consuming nicotine.
