EXACTLY!

In my link in post #42 Horowitz

refers to two significant differences.

IT'S ON and almost nobody even noticed.

The way this article is spinning things

it's obvious they are already in heavy CYA mode.

btw: Where were all the democrats?

We all knew, well everyone but you apparently, knew that Comey had been referred to the DOJ back in August. We also all knew that Barr declined to prosecute.

All that happened today was Horowitz verbally notifying Congress of what had already happened.

I apologize for the confusion I’ve introduced by trying to post when I don’t actually have time - so I’ve done a messy job. I will try to review the video later tonight. Again, my apologies.

No worries,

I stated my opinion that getting a guilty verdict is irrelevant. Sure, then Comey could say he was “exonerated”. I don’t care. He should have been indicted. It shows there was enough evidence to go to trial and it tells people like me that Comey is above the law, and restores my faith in AG Barr.

Right now, Barr looks like he could be another deep state cover-up artist, just one with a lot of bluster on the outside. I mean, how do I know? I can’t read his mind. Just because Joe DiGenova sings high praises of Barr, he is 0 for 2 so far in my book.

Indicting coming on both counts would clear up that doubt. There are millions of conservatives with me on that. Right now, I have NO HOPE at all anybody will be indicted at this point. None. I will believe it when I see it. As it stand, all the FISA abuse will be “policies were violated, oops.”

I’m not saying Barr won’t indict for FISA abuse, but as he stands at 0 and 2, I’m not holding my breath or holding out any hope any of these scumbags will be indicted. I won’t be surprised in the least when everybody gets off Scott free.

On to discovery! Will Comey plea to save his own a$$ and out the Obozo and the Hag in the coup? If he’s going to do it, he’d better do it soon while he’s still able. Common knowledge to the Clinton moto is; those who assume room temperature tell no tails.

I will go to my grave believing you are dead wrong. I would be in jail so fast, your head would spin.

I am not a lawyer, but Rudy Giuliani, Jim Jordan, and Trey Gowdy are and all of them said they would have indicted Comey. So there are 3 examples of lawyers who disagree with your assessment. I don’t care if they are the only 3. The fact is, an AG Rudy Giuliani would have indicted Comey on at least one of the charges (he wasn’t specific). I am pretty sure he was on Laura’s show when he said that, not on Hannity’s show.

AG Barr will do nothing. He is a deep stater, former CIA coverup guy aka “Robert Johnson.” He is credited with being “honest.” He is a swamp creature and, if he does prosecute Comey, he will be sweeping any criminal charge under a rug, never to be heard of again. He is a buddy of Mueller and knows better than to upset the CIA crime syndicate.
I have no trust in WP BArr.

I still hold out hope that Barr will clean house and indict some of the major players. That hope is weakened by his refusal to indict Comey when Rudy Giuliani, Jim Jordan, and Trey Gowdy all said they would.

But I don’t believe Barr would have appointed John Durham to investigate these crimes if he was not serious about putting some of the coup conspirators in jail.

I still have some hope Barr will come through and deliver equal justice under the law, and insure some of these conspirators are not above the law. I really think Durham is there for a reason — to go after the bad guys. I’m just baffled why they didn’t indict Comey when I would have been.

Firing offenses, clearly. Prosecution is a bit stickier. Especially since part of the prosecution could turn on proving that Comey was telling the truth in a document filled with nonsense.

To me, the real story is why didn’t the DOJ prosecute after he was referred criminally by the IG? Do the corrupt DOJ elite have a different definition of classifications than the IG? This is a fundamental question. Official conversations with the Presudent are not classified? Since when? And at first they said no because Comey didn’t leak it himself, another BS excuse. He used a cut out to leak it.
