I think the same thing can be said for politicians, they always campaign like the last election.
Democrats have had a good run for many years. They have their plays laid out. Does not matter who the Republican nominate you can be sure the media (Democrat mouth piece) will begin by calling them stupid, dumb, ignorant. and so on. That is just to soften them up. They will then go into the gutter amplifying any bad behavior going back to grade school. Finally, the Pièce de résistance - they will be called racist.
Funny thing on the way to the 2016 election, none of that worked against Donald Trump. They panicked and I think they entered into the GREAT RUSSIAN HOAX without really thinking it trough.
The constant 24/7 hate fest has achieved absolutely nothing for them. The taking every action President Trump does to court has achieved absolutely nothing. After more than two years they still have not stopped to reflect that perhaps they made a bad decision when they decided to go all caveman against the President.
The President’s achivements todate would have been remarkable WITH the help of Congress, but when you figure that the Democrats are doing everything they can to block the President.
But think about it. The President wants to get control of our borders. They fight him. The President wants to get America’s economy booming again. The Democrats fight him. The President wants peace in the Middle East (and not by killing everyone) the Democrats fight him.
In most elections you could almost say there in not much difference between the two parties and their vision for America. In 2020 Americans will have a clear choice, all thanks to the Democrats.

All these pathetic criminals have is hate. They offer nothing else except the usual impossible freebie promises. And they know none of their promises will be implemented. But it is hate that holds them together. Raw vile irrational and insane hate. But beneath the hate is the terror that they will lose their grip on power. It is not hyperbole to characterize these people as evil. They don’t care what damage they cause our civilization. The power to destroy is their addiction. Thus the wild animal reaction to anyone that threatens their privilege and power.
Wise people would prepare for the violence these despots will release if Trump wins. Worse if they lose the House.
I haven't heard any of the Dims simply state what it is they think he can be impeached for. Waiting.
