No. Jews take extreme pride in their chutzpah in garnering a deal, regardless of a moral compass. If they can convince someone to pay double the cost, they believe that is on them - they should have done the due diligence. Just ask them, they brag about it! Just as Christians take pride in hard work, and African Americans take pride in having many mates. They are just a different culture. Nothing wrong with it.

I think it is a type of recruitment. There is virtue in being a “victim”, I make a distinction here, from genuine victims. It is also remunerative. Some happy, well-adjusted kid goes off to school, and arrives home with purple hair and looks like she fell in a tackle box. “I Hate You Daddy!l” etc. They are training people to be helpless, and dependent, and with no life skills. Well except to vote Democrat, among other things.
Interesting point of view, and in effect it seems accurate. The socialists can't abide with "let it be", or "live and let live". Their social construct is a simple perfection: Everyone should think and act as I find best. If you don't live in their box, compliant and complacent, then you're subject to ostracism with extreme prejudice. If they can't recruit you, they want to eliminate your ability to disturb them; eliminate you if that's the most expedient way.
