Besides determining how he got a drivers license and showing how much it’s costing taxpayers of that state. Check the precinct list of registered voters where he resided. If he’s on that list, Federal crime, charge him and those that enabled them to vote knowing he was illegal.
Judicial Watch just got access to Montgomery County voter rolls. They have more registered voters than citizens.
