If that is true in politics, then the faith of Trump supporters that he will be reelected is based on what was unseen and unheard on the Democrat debate stage in Houston on Thursday — namely, the thriving economy and the many other accomplishments of this administration.
Admittedly, being a Trump supporter sometimes tests your faith. When the polls consistently show your candidate — your president — running behind every Democratic candidate — even Liliputian Beto O’Rourke — by eight, nine, 10 points, then yes, you could be forgiven for having moments of doubt.

Anyone here believe that Beto is 10 points ahead of Trump?
I saw a recent poll, where EVERY Democrat, from Joe Biden down to Pete Buttgig, was between 7 and 10 points ahead of Trump
It’s hard to believe those polls are real. The faith being tested may not be faith in Trump so much as faith in those doctored polls being accurate.
The only way a Dem beats President Trump would be through massive fraud.
As Donald Rumsfeld correctly put it, there are known knowns, and known unknowns, and unknown unknowns.
And when one of the unknown unknowns is life under President Kamala Harris...

The left is going to try to FIX this election on an epic scale. They don’t like being out of power. We have to be active and get our side out. Even in the safest district, the safest states. You must get out the conservative vote. Fill the other posts and vote out the socialists. Our republic depends on this next election. Those crazies running for office are out to eliminate our freedoms.

He is such a polarizing figure that many poll respondents probably do not feel safe sharing their intention to vote for the man.
That right there should tell us everything we need to know about the leftists that have taken over the democratic party.
Not only have they been chipping away at the 2nd Amendment - with vocal/public plans to simply wipe it out. They have also been chipping away at the 1st Amendment. Generally this damage has been insidious, a little here, a little there. Hate crime laws, public humiliation and castigation, lawsuits against businesses with beliefs... It is now literally at the point where people are afraid to speak their minds, or let their opinions and views be known. Welcome to East Germany under the STASI. We're perhaps not quite that bad - the leftists aren't exactly jailing us or sending us away for re-education but they've thought about it, talked about it.
Wake up America - is this really where we want to go as a Nation? It is long past time to reject everything leftist.

Calling someone a journalist implies that the person is reporting facts. Clearly, this is not the case for the mainstream media. A better and more accurate description for what they do is creative writing. Or, propagandist also works.

No I would not take polls as gospel if they showed Trump in the lead. I would be skeptical if they showed Trump ahead by 10 points.
Reporting the facts has never been a priority!
The priority is getting you to read, listen or see the narrative they are presenting so you’ll buy their paper, magazine, etc. and the products advertised. If they have nothing to report, they can’t leave empty space, air time etc. So they do the creative writing exercise.
Exactly! And I have heard nothing that it is being addressed. As far as I can see, little or nothing is being done about it.
Don’t worry I am not over confident. And I am not voting against the Dems, I am voting FOR Pres Trump.
Trump is my motivation to get out and vote.
Being a Trump supporter finally gave voice to the facts that the MSM is a paid and/or wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC/leftists. Without Trump liberals would still refute that the MSM is biased and still accuse myself and conservatives of making false charges.
If he doesn’t have long coattails, it may not matter.
