... For other shopping, boycott Amazon as much as possible and look for better deals from British retailers.

Not only can it be dearer, but the US shopping giant has also been blasted for paying a “minimal” amount of tax to the UK Government.

... The Onley Grounds Farm Shop and Butchery in Rugby, Warks, for example, is currently asking people to share a post for a chance to win a £50 meat hamper.

Twitter has similar promotions.

Boots this week offered customers the chance to win a bundle of toiletries in return for a retweet.

Boycotting Amazon is NOT boycotting America, even in the most fevered dreams of Bezos

Former Prime Minister Tony Blair today said Boris Johnson would be “smart” to hold a referendum on a no-deal Brexit instead of a general election that he could lose.

John Major, who was Prime Minister from 1990 to 1997, announced that he intends to join the legal action brought by anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller, who wants to stop his successor Boris Johnson from closing down Parliament for five weeks.

If Trump makes good on his promises for a mutually beneficial FTA, American products should be promoted, and anti-globalist Americans should consider buying British products. One thing is for certain, the EU and globalists the world over will try to wage economic warfare on us to punish us for rebelling against them and it is important for anyone who believes in nationas, sovereignty and borders that they do not succeed.

Amazon lets me buy from UK retailers that I couldn’t get to any other way. Boycotting Amazon would mean not buying from those stores. How does that help them?

‘Conservative’ populists don’t care. It is their form of virtue signaling.
Bibi Netanyahu jokingly called Johnson Boris Yeltsin and for a good reason.
My take is Johnson won’t do to EU that Yeltsin did to USSR because Merkel is not Gorbachev.
But he will certainly do to UK that Yeltsin did to Russia.

At least they are not being forced to boycott Amazon...

I don’t understand British politics much, and even less so lately, thus have refrained from commenting on Brexit until now. I do find it amusing that the very parliamentarians campaigning for endless foot-dragging after the EU final offer of a deal would have trapped them in the EU sphere without having any representation are nervy enough to call themselves (small ‘d’) democrats. 52% to 48% to leave isn’t a landslide, but it is a pretty comfortable margin of victory. If that final EU deal was unacceptable, and since there are no provisions in the treaty for extensions to Article 50, thus no legal ground to stand on in that respect, there is only one other way to respect the vote - and it isn’t to make them vote until the people give the right answer.

The retailers have other options such as etsy, ebay, or running their own eStore.
