She had a strange giggle when she said “yes we can”, and another really bizarre sounding giggle when she said Trump reminds her of the Wizard of Oz. She was slurring some of her words too. She sounded a bit under the influence. if you know what I mean.

Yeah, I noticed that giggle and the slight slurring. Just my humble feeling...she probably did a tranquilizer prior to the ‘show’.
Harris, I think....is mostly running to be either a VP or Attorney General...if they were to win.
