If you’re in California, you would be smart to look at selling any property you own while prices are still high.
In 3-5 years it probably won’t be worth 50% of what’s you could sell it for now.
This insanity is headed towards total anarchy and chaos pretty soon. The rest of us need to stop financially supporting it.
