When Trump wins next year in spectacular fashion over Biden\Warren\Sander\ButtPaste\Harris, she will retire. I expect lots of federal judges from the Clinton era will begin to retire as most of them are in their 70’s and 80’s. I could see a 6/3 split on the court with Roberts being the most unreliable. What we can do is on the Federal appellate level get some more solid judges in place.
