It is mostly fiction.
After having worked in the welfare office and not being able to get people to come down and pick up their food stamps. (FREE MONEY) I came to the conclusion that it was simply not possible that these same people would all turn out and stand in line for hours to vote in lock step. It just did not fit.
Even in countries where voting is mandatory you always have about 5% that blow it off. They would rather pay a fine then go vote.
And if a vote on everyone getting five extra years of healthy life was on the ballot someone would vote against it. That is just the way some people are. They would vote against a sunny day.
So the "black vote" or perhaps I should say "minority vote" in certain areas is invented. There are some that vote. And then they run those votes through a machine marking people off the list until they have the correct number that they need.
How do I know this is what happens? Because I have proof.
A ballot box was opened and 51 ballots were inside. The books and outside counter said 306 people had voted. Guess how they voted?
The FEC is uninterested in such goings on. In fact they prefer to pretend it does not happen.
So any blacks that voted for Bishop would have had their vote nullified by two pretend votes that were invented at the voting station.
How ever there is a limit to how far you can take this even with the FEC having your back. At some point the numbers become ridiculous. So they are under a certain amount of constraint. So that is how a 2% victory is allowed to stand and a 1% is recounted until they "find" enough votes for the democrat to squeak out a victory.
