From the Google:
The racial makeup of New Hampshire as of the 2010 Census was:
White: 93.9% (92.3% non-Hispanic)
Black or African American: 1.1%
American Indian and Alaska Native: 0.2%
Asian: 2.2%
Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islander: approx. 0.0%
Other race: 0.9%
Two or more races: 1.6%
When I moved here to NH in 1985 the largest non white was Asian. They owned all the Chinese restaurants around here. It is now Hispanic or Brazilian. This is because our proximity to Boston, MA.
VT and Maine are even more White than NH, except for Lewiston, ME where there is apparently a Somalia population.
They all have small cities..and a white population...
Lewiston Auburn has both a Somali population and a Somali problem!
