Until yesterday, I was unaware that Sullivan is the same judge that discovered all the dirty sh*t the DOJ did to Sen Stevens. And the AUSA’s in that case weren’t even punished for what they did to that man.

Who does Flynn see about getting his life back? I mean they took his house, drained him financially, and covered his reputation in mud. I'd like to see the tables turned on Comey and McCabe. But so far AG Barr seems not interested, even though lives have been destroyed.

I’ve gotten sick of all the “revelations” regarding Comey’s and others’ actions in this mess, but this actually appears to be a significant one.

Bombshell of the day?

I hope they’ll let us know when one finally goes off instead of constantly barking up a tree.

The DOJ scum don’t have to win in court to accomplish their goal.

The government will claim it is not Brady material because he was never charged with collusion or conspiracy to aid Russia. He was charged with false statements about a conversation with Ambassador Kislyak, of which the FBI probably already had a recording.

Maybe the exoneration from the object of the so-called investigation could be used to show that the actual charges were a set-up or entrapment, though.

Whenever Mueller “needs” an indictment he ignores Brady and utilizes twisted legalize in a 1992 case, U.S. v. Williams.
In the Mueller report (Vol. 1, p. 177), Mueller cited Williams in asserting that the U.S. grand jury system . . .
“belongs to no branch of Government and the people” U.S. v. Williams (1992).

Hindsight shows that Mueller has used Williams to withhold evidence from other grand juries before—Ruby Ridge (1992), Waco (1993), World Trade Center (1993), Oklahoma City Bombing (1995), 9/11 (2001) and now the Trump-Russia Hoax.

Mueller himself argued this case before the Supreme Court, along with his buddy and fellow deep-stater, Kenneth Starr. It's a completely rigged system and has been for quite some time.

The DOJ is proving that they do not believe in “justice.” The DO needs to be seriously reorganized and most of its senior management staff fired for either not being ethical or for not calling out those who were.

Unfortunate Trump does not have authority over the DOJ, and cannot just pick up the phone and order the release of documents.

Why can’t Trump release the documents with a phone call or a computer click?

He is the Chief Executive Officer of DOJ and FBI.

He can declassify and publicly release any document in the Executive Branch of government - any time he wants to.

Judge Sullivan is obviously taking the Brady issues very seriously

If this were True, the Gubmint lawyers would have already been found in Contempt of Court, Jailed for 60 days and referred to the BAR Association for Permanent Disbarment.
