I don’t know the area, but in the “fairyland of the dairyland”, the liberal conclaves are always reported last. I recall Bob “the lush” Beckel on The Five years ago bragging about a call he received asking how many votes the dem had in his district. His response, “How many do you need?”
The NC-3 result is a really good one for the GOP. Going to end up right around Trump’s margin. Some different county results, but overall very good. Hurricane had a direct impact too.
