Especially deep swamp with the Euro-laundered swiss money from the PhRMA lobbyists, and Euro-Pharma (which is whole invested and owned by closely held family companies— like Roche. Not US stock exchange traded except as US investment “units”. 1 of these units for Roche several years back was trading at $85,000 each. Recombinant genetics... human genetics is Roche’s Genentech division (Swiss firm)
So it’s very easy to “let the swamp dweller in” on the “initial public offering” of a non-US registered company— using the Over the Counter market and trading in American Depositary Receipts. Zero corporate oversight... they aren’t releasing it as US stock trades. So... special access to the ADRs, and voila! you have OWNED a swamp critter.
