I had blinders on, and was narrowly focused on the notion of "being prosecuted for a crime." Being disbarred didn't enter my "blinders on" remark because disbarment is not a crime. The closest he got to "crime" was a judge imposed criminal contempt, which isn't a crime the same way breaking a law is a crime.
