Sure. The guy is creating a public disturbance with his speech.
I’m not sure about violating the guys free speech rights there, but I’m sure the barber’s private property rights don’t trump the guys free speech rights to say “No” if the barber makes a sexual advance toward him. The barber may kick him out for it, but the guy has a free speech right to say “No.”
All I’m saying is that Property rights don’t always trump other rights; I’m not saying that they never do.

Disturbances are subjective. Walking on a beach in a string bikini is not considered creating a public disturbance. Wearing it while shopping in Costco IS. :)
