The property owner is sorta god on their own property,
Thats a bold statement considering that, while you personally may have paid for your property in Kentucky, the land that is now Kentucky was taken by conquest from Europeans and Natives (who took it from each other).
If one disagrees with their rule, they have the option of not going there.
That can cut both ways.
Theoretically, Bloomberg could buy all the retail stores in a small town that he never visited let alone lived in, and ban firearms in those stores contrary to the wishes and common practice of the residents. It might even be legal in some places, though I dont believe it would be right.
My neighbors and I have an intangible property interest in our community. If an outsider comes its preferable that the outsider assimilate to us rather than forcing us to his will. If the outsider wants to force us to his will, hes more than welcome to go elsewhere.

In the US, when you purchase property, you can control who is allowed on it and you can create rules and prohibit people from violating those rules, enforced by requiring them to leave the property.
Even if they are stupid rules.
Even if they appear to violate a person’s constitutional rights. They only REALLY violate their rights if you don’t allow them to leave the property.
