That shows the appalling lack of education among younger voters, and particularly left leaning young people. I guess they have never really learned about freedom of association, and what the 1st Amendment is about.
How many of them would support laws making it illegal to belong to other groups? What would they say is someone proposed that it should be illegal to belong to a group with certain political beliefs, like the Democratic Socialists of America? How about someone passing a law making it illegal to belong to groups that advocate for veganism, or any other idea.
If the poll isn't fake news, then it really does show a total lack of understanding of the fundamental ideas of our nation.
It also shows an appalling increase in single motherhood.
