Are there any reliable polls indicating where things might stand, percentage-wise?

(I’m across the country, so just asking out of curiosity)

Don’t know about the polls in either case, but both seats have been held by Republicans for many years. NC-3 is my district and I voted early last Wednesday for Dr. Greg Murphy, the Republican candidate. The seat is vacant because Walter Jones ran for re-election and won handily, but died a few months later. Dan Bishop is running against a veteran who narrowly lost to the Republican in 2016 in NC-9. The winner was never allowed to take his seat in Congress because the Democrats claimed election fraud and demanded a new election. Our worthless, biased Democrat governor has done whatever he could to try to depress Republican turnout by scheduling the election during hurricane season. He almost got his wish when Dorian showed up last week.
