McCain didn’t want to win, just to run. So he chose a little know Alaskan governor as his running mate because she was female.....
Then she gave that speech ....and ruined all their plans.

I'm in Dayton and still vividly recall the all night thread as Sarah was traveling from Alaska to Dayton - landing first at a small airport just south of town - to be announced as the VP nominee and give her first speech at Wright State University...where I earned my MBA.
It was quite a 24-hours...and the crowd loved her!

As ever, I am days behind 🙄 But! That speech was Amazing. Sarah was such a breath of fresh political air - a true representative as the Founders envisioned. Then the Enemedia began their onslaught. So sorry that she and Todd have decided to part. Wishing better times ahead for them both. Tatt
