Early votes was 30,000 D to 23,000 R. Previous 2018 election was 139,000 vs 138,000.
It all depends on how many Rs come out on election, but it seems like a very doable election for Rs. It doesn’t seem like the Ds are out in force if they’re only 7,000 ahead after early voting. You’re probably going to see Union county come out in force and put Bishop over the line.

This is a very competitive seat. The Republican only won this by a couple of hundred votes in 2018 and there were shenanigans going on.

I will nc back in NC with plenty of time to vote. Guess they should have thought about this before banning bumpstocks, preposing red flag rules and prepping a “gun control package for congress. This shows the clear and present danger of an administration trending toward enabling the the demise of 2A.
In every one of McReady’s adds I’ve seen, he NEVER ONCE identified as a Democrat. Instead, he talked about his military experience, tax cuts for the middle class, and reaching across the aisle. If the Democrats want to claim a win, shouldn’t they first claim the candidate?
