I’m a decade long lurker but recent poster - we don’t agree on this point, but I respect your opinion. You and a few others here are worth reading consistently, most posts are garbage, as I’m sure you have noticed.
I’ll say this about McCain - he was consistent. He didn’t agree with executive orders on principle and he stood by his word. Party affiliation matter not in these circumstances.

I think he was full of crap. If he didn't agree with executive orders on principle, he should have been 100% on board with President Trump when he issued executive orders that were explicitly intended to overturn previous (illegal) executive orders.
I'll say it again: McCain was full of sh!t. He claimed he was opposed to Obama's executive orders, but he was perfectly happy to let them stand as the law of the land without anything more than political grandstanding in opposition to them.
That's why McCain will be remembered as nothing more than a corrupt U.S. Senator and a failed presidential candidate.

The one thing McCain was consistent about was being a war mongering piece of human excrement that was only concerned about himself. There is a lot about McCain, including his fraudulent foundation, that apparently you are wholly unaware of.
