I’m guessing they hate it because it’s a source of wealth for the US, and the poorer we are, the more likely we are to fall under the control of the UN (which is their ultimate goal.)

You appear not to have been paying attention for the last forty years.

Like the targeted agricultural destruction of South Africa and Rhodesia this is about destroying food production capacity.

This is part of agenda 21.

Correct.

It removes out energy advantage and makes it easier to move industry out of the country.

Send 100’s of billions a year to countries in the Middle East and Russia.

Much of our recent economic recovery is based on producing more of our energy and lowering the cost of that energy.

They want to reverse that.

The Leftists hate it (big oil) because it’s one more escape from totalitarian rule.

If we have very little gas, the Leftists can play a myriad of control games.

And oh how they love to play control games.

Every Leftist government around the world has or still does.

In North Korea they use food and fuel to play games.
