Xenophobic..?? Is that what they call it in Africa.?
If one considers Africa's vast natural resources it's got to be one of the riches continents on earth. But with an average IQ of 70 and a life span of 40 years, those folks have a lot of problems to overcome....

Xenophobia, racism, whatever.

Some African countries like Botswana, Kenya, Senegal and now Rwanda and Ethiopia are increasing in wealth.

Having natural resources doesn’t necessarily make a country rich - it’s how you manage it and the institutions you have (rule of law, right to property etc.)
