Viewers were not particularly thrilled with CNN’s splashy, seven-hour town hall on climate change, which aired Wednesday night.

Despite the presence of 10 Democratic presidential hopefuls, Fox News won the blue ribbon for the entire evening with its normal programming alone, according to early Nielsen ratings for the 5 p.m.-midnight ET time period.

Maybe CNN will hold another marathon debate.
Creepy Joe can blow his other eye out too.

I must admit I didn’t put myself through the torture of watching that.

And now I read that CNN is going to do a similar marathon about LGBT issues.

That should be a ratings bonanza!

I heard they plan another marathon this time on LGBT issues.

That too would be a ratings disaster.

Nope, not even for any potential entertainment value, just too predictably boring.

Hey, they're on a roll. I can hardly wait for the town hall on, ah, "alternate" sexual mores. I'm just hoping nobody shows up naked.

CNN running down a list of the issues that are most important to fringe activists and least important in the eyes of the public at large. I don't think they want to put this cast of characters into the position of "more radical than thee" with regard to the gun control issue and illegal immigration and the economy are probably right out. That leaves college loan amnesty and not a lot else. Seven interminable hours of inane droning, what's not to like?

I believe the only solution this is for CNN to run a 12-hour town hall on climate change 7 days a week for the next 14 months. That will educate people a lot.

But doesn’t everyone want to sit through a 7 hour harangue about how they live too well and need to go back to living in caves and wiping their butts with a dog bone?

Ah, but I forgot one as somebody on another thread reminded me just now. How about a seven-hour marathon on White Privilege? That ought to keep the audience riveted to the screen.

I certainly hope not!

President Trump would like them to not do that. Because, (some sort) of collusion.

Therefore, CNN must press on. 12-hour Climate Change marathon townhall every day of the week!

Liberals could send in their money for tote-bags.

I honestly don't think CNN expected good ratings for this one.

They took the hit to "do the right thing". That is to say ingratiate themselves to the Democrat Party. A whopping big favor to be paid for later.

Who wants to watch 7 hours of this tripe?

CNN should already KNOW that there will be very few viewers for this but they still did it anyway. Which tells us that they simply want to advance an agenda.

During the lengthy time slot, Fox News garnered 2.5 million viewers, while CNN drew 1.1 million, or less than half that number. MSNBC tallied 1.6 million.

This means that about 0.33333% of the nations populace tuned in.

Even most of the diehard Leftists know this is all nonsense.
