Hey, if you don't want foreigners to drive, don't let them into this country. I'm OK with that too.
Build the wall, enforce e-Verify for all employers, track down "students" who overstay their visas, etc.
If they are here, they are going to eventually be driving, with, or without a license. We know what to do about that. We just aren't doing it.
Maybe bank robbers should be given open lines of credit at all banks to make their life easier.
